and also from all the Regional Centres of IGNOU by sending a sum of Rs.150/- through a demand draft drawn in favour of 'IGNOU' payable at New Delhi / the city of concerned Regional Centre / or paying Rs.100/- in cash at the respective sale counters. Please write your name and address on the back of
the DD. An electronic version of the prospectus is also available at IGNOU website at www.ignou.ac.in. Application forms can also be downloaded from the website and submitted along with DD for Rs.100/- in addition to the programme fee. Application forms can also be submitted online through the University website round the year except the programmes which are offered through entrance test.

Application form and prospectus can be had from the Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Annamalai University, Annamalainagar-608 002 on requisition along with a Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Director, D.D.E. Annamalai University on any bank payable at Annamalainagar/Chidambaram/Chennai, mentioning clearly the name of the programme for which the application form is required. Cheques, Money/ Postal/Pay Orders are not accepted. Demand Draft should have been purchased on or after 21-04-2010.
Applications can also be had in Person on cash payment from the Directorate of Distance Education, the Study Centres & Information Centres of the Directorate. All the Study Centres & Information Centres will remain open on all days except Tuesdays & second Monday and all Public holidays.
Spot Selection for Admission: Spot selection for admission to all Programmes will be made at the Directorate of Distance Education and the Study Centres of the Directorate. The applications should be submitted along with the necessary original certificates. (Original Certificates will be returned immediately after verification) one set of xerox copies of certificates, Demand Draft for the prescribed fee and three copies of recent Passport size photographs. The Spot Selection is provisional and subject to confirmation by the Director.
Admission through Post: Completed applications along with Xerox Copies of Certificates should be sent only to The Director, DDE. Annamalai University, Annamalainagar, Tamil Nadu, Pin: 608 002. In no case, completed applications should be sent to the study centres. All Correspondences should be addressed
to the Director only.
Scholarship as per G.O.Ms.No.73 dt. 14.07.2004 is available for SC/ST unemployed students if their parents' annual income does not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- per annum, subject to the Rules and Regulations.
