The applicants must fulfill at least one of the following three criteria, alongwith ability to conceptualize and communicate effectively :
* Experience in senior managerial position with reputed corporates.
* Consultancy experience with industrial and other organisations.
* Research in the relevant area(s) of Management.

Those with doctorate qualification and/or prior teaching experience will be preferred.
