Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor
level in the areas of Strategic Management, Marketing & Production Management, Economics, Finance, Organisational Behaviour, Quantitative Techniques & Operations Research,

Qualifications: Good academic record with at least 55% marks or an equivalent Grade of B in the 7 point Scale with letter grades O & A to F at Masters Degree level from an Indian University or an equivalent Degree from a foreign University and qualified in the NET. Candidates with Ph D are exempted from NET. For the position of Associate Professor
the candidate should have a Ph D Degree.

Experience: (a) Assistant Professor: Minimum 2 years of experience in Teaching/ Research/ Consultancy/ Industry exposure.
(b) Associate Professor: 5 years of teaching experience and publications in reputed journals.
(c) Professor: 10 years of experience in post-graduate teach, and/or in research at the University/ National Level institutions, including guiding research at doctor level.

Nature of Work: Candidates will be involved in Teaching and Research activities and associated with the senior faculty in Consultancy and Training assignments of the Institute. Remuneration will be in line with the UGC Scales of Pay. Higher start could be considered in the case of candidates with a good track record of teaching, research and consultancy. The appointment will be on a contract basis for a period of 5 years. The contract may be renewed based on the institutional requirement and mutual consent.

The qualifications for the various positions are :

Professor: Ph.D. or a Fellow of IIMS. ICA or ICWA with first class Masters degree in Business Management /other relevant management related discipline with 10 years relevant experience out of that 5 years must be at the level of Associate Professor.

Associate Professor: Ph.D. or a Fellow of IIMS. ICA or ICWA with first class Masters degree in Business Management / other relevant management related discipline with 8 years relevant experience out of that 5 years must be at the level of Assistant Professor.

Assistant Professor: Ph.D. or a Fellow of IIMS. ICA or ICWA with first class Masters degree in Business Management / other relevant management related discipline with 3 years relevant experience. 

Those enrolled in a doctoral programme and about to complete Ph.D. can also be considered
as Lecturer (Sr. Scale).

Post-doctoral experience in teaching/research or industry can be an added qualification. The doctoral degree requirement may be waived for candidates having substantial and relevant industry experience. Faculty will be appointed at various levels depending on the qualification and experience.

The pay-scale of various faculty positions is as follows:
