Candidates with Ph D are exempted from NET. For the position of Associate Professor
the candidate should have a Ph D Degree.

Experience: (a) Assistant Professor: Minimum 2 years of experience in Teaching/ Research/
Consultancy/ Industry exposure.
(b) Associate Professor: 5 years of teaching experience and publications in reputed
journals.
(c) Professor: 10 years of experience in post-graduate teach, and/or in research at the University / National Level institutions, including guiding research at doctor level.

Nature of Work: Candidates will be involved in Teaching and Research activities and associated with the senior faculty in Consultancy and Training assignments of the Institute.
Remuneration will be in line with the UGC Scales of Pay. Higher start could be
considered in the case of candidates with a good track record of teaching, research and
consultancy. The appointment will be on a contract basis for a period of 5 years.
