Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad is looking for a Manager for its new one year Executive Post Graduate Programme (PGP-X). The Manager will supervise and direct all administrative functions of this programme under the guidance and supervision of the Chairperson, PGP-X and the Executive Committee of the Programme. The Manager (PGP-X) is a senior functionary who provides total administrative support for the programme. The position calls for person with high educational qualification, maturity and integrity. The Manager (PGP-X) is required to interact with high profile Indian and foreign-participants and faculty of the Institute.
Pay Scale & Allowances: It is likely that the selected candidate may be offered initial appointment on contract basis for two years on a consolidated salary of around Rs.20,000/- per month (negotiable). There is provision for campus housing. Depending on the performance of the candidate, his/her drive, initiative and maturity, the candidate will be considered for further extension of the contract period or permanent absorption in the Institute' services.
Qualification & Experience: Applicants should have postgraduate qualification
with excellent computer and communication skills.
Preferred age group: 35 to 45 years.
Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years experience out of which five years should be
in senior positions in a reputed institution or corporation. Excellent organizing skills, high performance/team orientation and ability to make continuous systemic improvements
would be preferred attributes.
