AIMT is a Premier Institute, part of famous Jain Institutions Trust in Ambala, which also manages famous Jain PG College Since 1938.

Institute is strategically located at Ambala on National Highway No1 from Delhi to Ludhiana section. It is just 40 kms from Chandigarh and close to Industrial and IT hubs of Baddi(HP),Chandigarh, Ludhiana and Mohali.

Ambala is known for scientific Instrument exports and Juicer industry and is having top educational facilities right up to Medical and Engineering Institutions. It also important
Army and Air force base and a gateway to Chandigarh, Punjab and HP..

Presently we are conducting full time MBA and MCA Programs since 1996.

The intake capacity for MBA program is 60 which is planned for expansion to 120 seats by  2007 session.

The Institute is ranked in B school survey and is only Institute other than MDI appearing in AIMA 2005 survey.

We have lush green campus with playgrounds and all modern teaching Aids and Auditorium and hostels.

Limited bachelor and Family accommodation is available for deserving candidates.

Institute is looking for experienced and highly qualified MBA faculty at Professor, Assistant Professor, Adjunct faculty and lecturer levels with AICTE/UGC pay scales as applicable in Haryana.

Persons males/females with at least 3 years experience in Industry ( at least Assistant manager level)/Management teaching in AICTE approved Institute , preferably with PhD/MPhil or equivalent qualifications shall be preferred. The experience can be from 3 to 30 years. Retired professors who wish to seek contractual appointment are also welcome. The candidate must have through out First class record with 65% minimum marks or equivalent Grade points.

The Disciplines are:
Marketing, International Business, Finance, Decision sciences area and HRM

The candidates can also look to ample encouragement for consultancy, research and executive programs opportunities.

The selected candidates will be expected to join by end of December or in early January.

The selected candidates will be paid II class to and fro fare to attend interview and selection procedure which includes presentation before faculty panel, students and personal interview with University constituted panel in due course of time after joining.
