Need for Personality Development in Future - A Case Study

INTRODUCTION:

The present fascinating time is gracious and auspicious to aspiring and inspiring strugglers for faith in their allocations.  Workers are the mood-managers of their minds which rotate around the contentment's, prosperity, efficiency, pleasure and satisfaction.  The heart of such active workers leaps at the sight of opportunities.  Such strugglers are workers and they become pious and precious in case they are thirsty for knowledge.  Such workers not only design their career for present needs but also redesign for future prospects.  Such enthusiastic personnels hold the candle of self-emotion, self reliance and self respect to enkindle hard-working, devotion, dedication, discipline and sacrifice.  The real and genuine workers work more to know more and they only become main spring of their personality development.  Simultaneously, they are curious and ambitious to enhance efficiency, technique of forecasting and many such ancillaries.

MEANING OF PERSONALITY:

Personality means the identification of individuality with the vision of personal zeal, physical fitness, glamour of appearance and above all self motivation.  Personality means the influence and impression of ability, knack, etc.  Personality includes i) External appearance and behaviours  ii) The inner awareness of self as a permanent organizing force; and iii) The particular organization of measurable traits both inner and outer.

Hence the personality is the potentiality to keep up the environment to the best satisfaction of all.  No internal factors force the people to govern the entire organization.  Personality is always alarmed to become competent to embrace the grace in the race.

DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONALITY:

Personality development is voluntary, dependent upon will of workers.  Needy for money accelerates greedy for money and it remains as insatiable with the latest improved technology and social awareness, the most valued asset of any business organization consists of the educated and trained personnel in the form of engineers, technicians, skilled workers, executives, accountants etc.   The skill and most intelligent workers employ physical and mental energy to improve, approve and innovate the business organization.  Busy workers never keep their eyes on any increment on remuneration, incentives, promotions, respect and any other benefits, such incentives, remain as temporary factors but later on they become stale.

NEED FOR PERSONALITY:

Who can instigate men of ability to invest their intelligence for emancipating their ambitions from their poor negligence?  Intelligence enveloped by negligence becomes useless and unless the urgency and emergency play their role for human value realization, the workers may be compelled to survive in ignorance.  Therefore, workers are advised to enlighten their sense of understanding to work more and to earn more.  Employees with their forecasting power to discover novelties to receive public value.  Such novelties of technologies, discovered by employees, produce many boons and bonus to employers.  But employers cannot be noble norliberal to increase the remuneration of such promising workers.  They need not attempt to balance their efforts and fruits.  Such busy workers concentrate their attention to find out latest technologies which can reduce costs, time, power-consumption, human energy and brokerages.

VOLUNTARY INVOLVEMENT:

Contentment is the root of happiness and any payment paid by the employers must be gladly accepted by the employees.  There lies their real freedom, in their working centres.  If all such workers tie and lie with their urgent responsibilities, their personality development would kiss a sky.  Workers who remain busy with their allocations become scientists, innovators, research scholars, etc.  They knit the fit for the benefit of all.  They provoke with the oracle that truth is their religion and universe is their country.  Voluntary involvement in the allocation will definitely bestow lengthy, healthy and wealthy life.   Children are the flowers of the family and real workers are the flowers of their working centers.  Voluntary participation makes them as the talents and gallants of their working place.

HUMAN RESOURCES:

Human resource continues to play a dominating role in the effective use of physical, psychological and financial resources in all business organizations.  Human resource determines the consolidation of many factors of production as men of functions are unpredictable and dynamic to increase the ability of individuals.  Many leaders and advocates of workers argue that the employers should increase the remunerations of employees and frequent promotions, incentives, etc. must also be treated as the rights of workers.  But such provisions are considered as temporary inducements.  Bogus workers focus on such artificial attractions while real workers work for the fulfillment of their obligations, aspirations, inspirations and responsibilities, the increment of income invites an increment in prices and again increased income becomes insufficient to meet the needs.

The real and genuine participants never bargain for their personal gains but try to produce gains to their employers again and again on their personal pains.  The excellence must be awarded with rewards but real devoted workers never wait for any merit and they know that if they wait, they will lose their weight of image, prestige and heritage of their sound behaviour.  Skilled workers are less while unskilled are more.  The exploration of a single miracle can please multiples of men and organizations.    Workers really attempt to open the gate of fortune to their employers who are supposed as the designers of their careers, provision of employment is not to earn any income but it is an opportunity to construct the structure of individuality.  Men eat for living but not live for eating.  In the same way, workers work to build up their career but not for any other purpose.  Morality is the weapon of all workers to save and pave their individuality.  No investor, no director, no supervisor, no inspector would be able to improve the caliber of workers, but the work itself is guide, guard and guardian to the workers.

CONCLUSION:

Many so-called learned people assert that modern technology can enhance the personality of participants.  But participants only invented technology and they are known as technicians.  Efficiency is dependent upon the will of the workers and mere provision of technology may not guarantee the improvement in the personality development.  Responsibility wedded with morality determines personality.  Employees realize and civilize their pattern of service which can guard the regard of them.  High aspirations are beyond the boundary of the fulfillment.  Hence, work is worship.
