People in the world are hard enough to control the stress created in the work environment and due course the communication between the employees is fade due to lack of trust and belief on the other person.

Most in the corporate the Information is top down and bottoms up Approach, where as both media of communication is not properly communicated from one point to the other. i.e.., Once the thought is been passed, each time it gets modulated and the entire script is changed through the channel which leads to deviation in work and indulge in stress. Here we are going in detail how to build rapport and make a communication a strong bond in Rapport and Communication.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a controversial approach to psychotherapy and organizational change based on "a model of interpersonal communication chiefly concerned with the relationship between successful patterns of behaviour and the subjective experiences (esp. patterns of thought) underlying them" and "a system of alternative therapy based on this which seeks to educate people in self-awareness and effective communication, and to change their patterns of mental and emotional behavior".

The co-founders, Richard Bandler and linguist John Grinder, claimed that NLP would be instrumental in "finding ways to help people have better, fuller and richer lives". They coined the term "Neuro-Linguistic Programming" to denote their belief in a connection between neurological processes ("neuro"), language ("linguistic") and behavioral patterns that have been learned through experience ("programming") and can be organized to achieve specific goals in life

How Does NLP helps in better Rapport and Stress relive:

Is it possible to control the anger or stress created in work environment? Yes……..! It's possible if one can know about the thoughts and action performed during the Stress. The mind and body are relate to course of action and should be well balanced instead the phobia occurs in most of persons.

The Anchoring in the NLP will help you a lot to reduce the stress and create the positive energy in the person who gets often stressed and communicate clearly.

Ever heard of Russian physiologist & psychologist Ivan Pavlov? He is most well known for his findings on human and animal conditioning. While doing a research on dogs' digestion, he discovered this phenomenon. When it came to meal time, Pavlov would use bells to call his dogs to the food. After repeating this numerous times, he found that even without any food, the dogs would salivate from hearing the sound of the bell.

Anchors are stimuli that call forth states of mind - thoughts and emotions. For example, touching a knuckle of the left hand could be an anchor. Some anchors are involuntary. So the smell of bread may take you back to your childhood. A tune may remind you of a certain person. A touch can bring back memories and the past states.

Building their Own Anchoring:

Establishing an anchor means producing the stimuli (the anchor) when the resourceful state is experienced so that the resourceful state is pared to the anchor. For example, touching the knuckle of the left hand when the resourceful state is experienced to pair the two events.

Activating or firing the anchor means producing the anchor after it has been conditioned so that the resourceful state occurs. For example, touching the knuckle of the left hand after the anchor has been established so that this action produced the resourceful state.

Types of Anchor:

Here the page is all about how you use three types of Anchor to have positive state in the organization

1) Visual anchor 2) Auditory Anchor 3) kinesthetic anchor

1) Visual Anchor

You can use visual anchors to anchor the resourceful state. You can use external or internal anchors

2) Auditory Anchor

You can use a sound as an anchor. Like the visual anchors, sounds can be internal or external.

3) Kinesthetic Anchor:

You can use your force or action as your anchor. The force which has impact in the body to create a good situation.
