Today organizations have become customer oriented rather than the early techniques of product orientation. The reasons to this shift are simple to be stated-

- increase of numbers of producers in comparison to users
- globalization of products and services market
- Knowledge based management, and so on.

The amount of fierce competition between every related activity of this world is now calling for bringing some more innovative ideas to bring things forth. To be more elaborative, it's the time to make best optimum use of the 5 M's-

- Man
- Material
- Machine
- Money
- Method.

What is of more concern is that, manpower is predominantly more important in the above table. Because it's man's effort which makes use of the three things, viz., material, machine, and money to produce something useful and a particular method is applied to that very process. However current market scenario is more focused towards the service sector and in this field, an individual's personality has got vital role to play. The personality part of an individual is more reflected by his attitude. Henceforth, attitude of an individual must be of that very quality which will be able to attract the things needed and achieve the targets.

There is a bit of confusion as to what will be the best possible combination of a persons personal qualities which can be able to reflect a good attitude and there by a pleasing behaviour. Some traits common to all can be counted as- pleasing personality, soft spoken, looking things in a positive manner, etc. But all these things are not found in common and moreover the point's like- 'less opportunities and more desire' creates a poisonous situation, which ultimately disrupts the whole scenario. Also, environmental factors have got a vital part to build one's attitude. This includes- what an individual is getting from his/her surroundings? , where he/she has been living since a longer period? etc.

What is to be concluded here is that every one has got a specific attitude that is reflected by his/her personality/behaviour. The point to be noted is that this attitude can be of positive degree or negative degree. Now, here we are concerned about having or building a positive degree of attitude that can be able to drag the things in favour of an individual's objective; irrespective of an individuals potential of dealing different situations. So, our study should be confined towards the objective of developing a convincing attitude.

Now let's begin-

'ATTITUDE'- the very word has got eight alphabets and I think that every alphabet has a separate story to tell-

A- The first 'A' calls for giving it a meaning, and that to me is- Attraction-

Attraction is predominantly the first quality which drags things towards each-other. However, this can be both of positive degree as well as, negative degree.

01- Positive attraction- going by an example- a beautiful lady with a pleasant     smile is the point of attraction for many people in a party.

02- Negative attraction- a pungent smell coming out of a dustbin kept somewhere in a beautiful garden.

What we have found is that irrespective of the degree of attraction every personality has got what is known as 'attraction'. It's only needed to convert negative into positive. And for that the best idea will be to enquire from others the negative parts and dispose them off.

Don't hesitate to ask!

T- Tolerance-

Once a person attracts another one, then it is required to listen others things; rather than throwing one ideas over another one. That is, if you want somebody to listen to you and there by follow your things then you must have to tolerate other till he finishes up.

One important thing that I have discovered through a period of time is what the tolerance level of an individual is and how much he can tolerate?

I will depict it through an example-

Ram and Shyam were arguing with each other and the argument stared at 11.30 hrs. At 11.35 Ram spitted over Shyam and Shyam was too annoyed but didn't do anything extraordinary. Again at 11.38 Ram did the same thing and this time Shyam slept Ram.

This incident shows that Shyam has got a tolerance level period of three minutes. But at the second time he failed to maintain it which he must had. And the profit accrued would have been that in spite of getting a head-on clash, Ram would have been defeated morally because it's the simple logic that a dog doesn't barks over a mountain, and it would have been a great victory. So, what we have found that if one has got a specific tolerance level at the first instance then he/she must have to maintain it at every instance and that will increase the period of tolerance.

T- Thankfulness-

To be thankful towards even smallest things in life brings many things down to our feet. But it's our wonderful 'ego' that prevents us doing this act. What is to be realised here is that-

'Develop an attitude of gratitude'
It really pays as it collects blessings.

I – Intelligence-

Looking back towards the incident of Ram and Shyam; some people will think that I am giving lesson of coward-ness to Shyam. But, point to be noted is that if that incident has been stated by me here, then it means that there were some more people watching that thing and they have taken is at a general-fight. And the message gone in crowd is that both of these persons are useless fellow.

However, if at that time Shyam had kept mum then he must have gained sympathy from the crowd. Later on, intelligence says, Shyam must have shown muscle power to Ram in a lonely place and have won the battle from all sides.

T- Toughness-

This calls for getting firm over the decisions that you have taken. It is actually boldness of heart and it has a great influence over a person's image in the society. It is the weapon that makes goodwill of an individual and there by his/her credibility. It's certain that if you have a tough image or standing image, people will rely over you and you will win a place in the society.

U- Understanding-

One must have a sharp of observation to understand the things clearly and get the things out of veil. The simplest things needed for this are-

- sharpen your senses,
- relate past experiences with present, and
- look for knowledge of varied fields.

D – Dearness/Dare-ness -

The more you will develop a relationship of intimacy with people, the more you will be benefited. But, this doesn't allow making yourself- 'emotional fool'. That is, developing intimacy for the benefits and not the losses. Because if you are getting befooled by others then you are not harming yourself only; you are making others to get work done by un-ethical ways and there by breaking the societal rules.

The other part (dare-ness) calls for getting things done without hesitation. That is, once you are on the wicket, don't afraid of getting stumped and there by loosing the chance of hitting boundaries.

E- Energetic/Enthusiastic-

All the above things discussed earlier are useless unless and until, one didn't have an enthusiasm to implement them in practice and the energy to run harder to win the race of life.

"Attitude of one is not what is to be reflected by personality;
it is one what can win things."
