The breaking of the glass ceiling is the irony in today's world. The lure of the Indian education in the whole world is a miracle. But the lagoon in India about Indian education system is a great mockery. The politician and so called nodal agency are the sibling glamour of the young inspiration dream in no ways enriching the world class citizen but becoming the stumbling block in all the ways for the 330 million Indian young inspirants (Youth in India covers the population between the age group of 15 to 35 years which constitutes about 330 million comprising 34 % of the total population....). The Information technology is not used to cure the unemployment in India but segregate the traditional rich heritage of Indian education in the blink of distortion. National education system has lot to do with respect to the quality of the common people. But no action in this regard by any regime is being taken for the benefit of the common students lots. So called good educationalist who has secured the soda cultural linguistic tremor had never thought of keeping the young inspiration at par with changing global environment.

They good educational institution center for excellence (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) who claimed that they are the oldest and following the ambience of traditional and modern touch are the main source of not able to break the glass ceiling within their own periphery and four walls. So how they can keep education environment more healthily is the today's big question?

Almost in the entire regime, after the Independence, quality of education has been the hot cake. The entire regime has tried their hands in this burning issue but no regime was successful. In the present era where everyone one want a short gain in less time our so called old institution (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) are becoming stubbing block in the following ways.

i) No educational development by so-called center of excellence (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges).

ii) Selling of the degrees

iii) Becoming the center of distortion

iv) Facilitating in creating a glass ceiling

v) So called old institutions (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) are killing young inspirations

vi) Providing a helping hands in creating a gap in research and development

vii) Helping the multinational companies to increase their tentacles in Indian soil.

viii) Helping in killing the traditional rich heritage of Indian education systems.

ix) Becoming the real ground for killing of young nurtured minds

x) Facilitating in more violence, mindless, rootless students.

xi) Helping in tilting of the young lot to join the companies instead of going for the self-employment.

xii) Educating in all the ways to become once again the slavery in the hands of the companies etc. for yongs livelihoods in our motherland.

xiii) Becoming the center of unemployment.

The plethora of destruction of Indian education does stopped here but it is the just the start up. The new regime has shared a good things in the recent budget that expense in Indian education for the first time is 18% of the total budget.

Can our government will ever realize that we do not need the fund but we need the participation of young's once in this whole gamelan?

Can our government will ever understand that we are making our own young once again a slaves by taking a loan form World bank and enriching the young one to join the multinational companies after their so called 25 years of good Indian education?

Can our government will ever understand that India is secular and multi racial and multi- cultural nations and one national education system will not cater the whole India?

Can our government will replicate the Information Technology boom as a glimpse of high standard of Indian education?

Can our government can keep checks on the so-called old institutions (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) in our motherland?

It is good to see that Indian government has not kept any laws for for voicing against the Indian education systems but it is dishearten form every angle is that no such committee in Indian soil by any regime has been so far framed under Indian constitution where maximum young participation is there for the cure and by the cure and of the cure of these young ones.

Yashpal committee has given much recommendation, even sachar committed recommend for inter cultural and inter religious textbooks but of no ways any regime tried to ever thoughts of taking any help out of their reports.

No central or state or deemed university collided their educational research and development with their region. Irony never ends here. The world class, claimed institution has totally failed to keep the regional inspiration. They are minting money and helping in keeping the brain drain from our motherland.

How long India can afford so?

Any answer is not visible so far. Can these  (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) facilities the answer even after 100 years also?

No magic in education is possible only right kind of brain and young participation can help in breaking the glass ceiling in our motherland!

The right person in this was the late Shri Rajiv Gandhi who has thought of strong India at the cost of young blood and that too with quality education and imparting information technology in the new bread of yongs once.

The doldrums of irony got its knocks and his death kill the 330 million Indian young's bloods with single shot.

The path is vacant no caretaker is their for these 330 million Indian young bloods in this earth and we have to wait for new millennium for new new leader to take a birth on our motherland.

Can Indian 330 million Indian young bloods will wait or spoil their life?

The magical answers of the above question are only the solution!

The good notes of this is that in some sector intellectual had come forward and they are trying their best to kill the gap between the Indian traditional rich heritage of our motherland by revival of their hard effort in keeping in mind the today's young inspiration. But still the gap is big and so called (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) has to take their own initiative for this noble and seed cause in our motherland other wise days are not far off when once again we will be in hands of the foreigner for the everything.

The never-ending question is the young lots of our motherland who will take care and keep their inspiration with global changing environment. The brain drain and company employment cannot be the answer for the burning issues.

The solution has to be searched out in the periphery of the (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) itself keeping the 330 million young aspirants at the top most priorities.

The rules and regulation should be there to check the low trend of the above discussed burning issues. The solution has to be digging out.

* The (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) cannot rule the 330 million Indian young minds.

* The (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) cannot kill the inspiration at the cost of low salary of the teachers and their dictatorship.

* The regime in India should chalk out the right policy to keep check on these (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) not at the cost of their self-interest.

* No right is given at any cost to these (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) to increase the infrastructure at the cost of no or low salary and without fringe benefits to educators to 330 million young's Indian minds.

* More participation at these center of excellence (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) should be there form the teachers and students and not from the administration because administrator are the facilities and not actual service givers to the service taker.

* More research and development should be concentrate with the regional problems and not with the outsourcing problems.

* Local and regional inspiration participation at any cost should not be killed by this center of excellence (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges).

* Budgeting and facilitating the facilities should be guarded by the nodal agencies where again students and teacher insolvent at the maximum percentage should be invited.

* For each curriculum and self-employment again teachers and students cooperation and suggestion should be welcomed in the center of excellence (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges).

* Hike and research grants should be directly facilitated to the teachers and students (researchers) and not be routed though the center of excellence (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) or the nodal agencies in education.

* Salary with increase in all the facilities should be to enrich to keep the quality education at any cost.

* Students, Teachers and today's citizen are important not the institutional (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) self interest.

* Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges keep their self-interest at the lowest priorities and keep the nation, student, and teacher interest at the top priorities.

* Language and use of Information technology at any cost should not become the hurdle for the students.

* More distance and online education keeping the students teacher interest should be increased keeping the regional inspiration

* More scholarship should be facilitated without any religion.

* More central and state run university should be given permission and not the deemed university because one or the other ways they use to play game with young inspiration.

* More tilt for self-employment and setting of enterprise among the young inspiration.

* Selection criteria for the teachers in center of excellence (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) should be at the interest at the students teachers and not the interest of center of excellence should be there.

* More public- private partnership should be invited for opening for the center of excellence (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges)

* No political interference at any cost in the center of excellence (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) should be accepted at the cost of 330 million young once inspirations.

* Rural education and primary education should be given maximum weightage because 70% of Indian pollution and maximum out of 330 million young's inspiration are there.

* Research and development should get  100% income tax.

* Good exchange program should be welcomed keeping the teacher and students interest.

* Educators are the building blocks are the students and nations, so all perks and benefits at the rural areas should be motivated where  70% of India population resides.

* The gap in the rural education and urban education should be immediately taken care off otherwise its consequence will big loss for our motherland.

The pathetic attitude of the so-called center of excellence (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) is heart breaking. No liveliness has left in this noble profession. Now this so called noble profession has become a profit-oriented industry and survival of the young inspiration is at stake.

Can any right organization will come forward to help the outbreak of the young inspiration?

* If no then days are not far off when student will be asked to pay per lecture and and even thinking of any degree will out of reach for them.

* If no then days are near that only rich can afford the information technology and higher education for their sons and daughter.

* If no then the future of 330 million of youth will be in the clutches of drugs and will be involved in nefarious activities which can be biggest danger in the third world especially in country like India

* If no then 330 million young inspiration will become the puppets in the hands of the politician and multinational companies where profit will their end goal

* If no then our motherland will sink into the debt trap.

* If no then our research and no indigenous technology will be work of past and work of the future.

* If no then teachers, educators and students will be slaughters in the hands of so called center of excellence (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges).

* If no then seeds of late of Shri Rajiv Gandhi will be wasted.

* If no then days are not far that will maximum number of young beggars.

* If no then days are near that will wish that in British raj education were good in our motherland.

* If no then there will be 100% brain drain will be there form our motherland

* If no then then our nation will be more depend for goods and service to other nations

* If no then 100% our nation economy will be at stack.

* If no then 100% every citizen in India will owe the World Bank loan.

So ultimately we have to take decision in favor of long survival and in benefit of our motherland in the sack of any so called center of excellence (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges) or any political parties etc.

It is better for the policy maker in the top bureaucracy and honorable ministry of education and ministry of human resource to invitee the representative from 330 million of young inspirations to chalk out the future education policy keeping the door open for the educator and facilitators to give their valuable suggestion.

Let us go for the open door policy, should be adopted to kill the dilemma of the center of excellence (Deemed university, central university, state university, colleges).

Education should be free for all and should not be at the base of rich or poor.

"One step by nations builders and ten steps by students and educators"
