"Bura Mat Bolo – Don't Speak Bad Words." Acchi baat bolo - Speak Good Words": Company: Don't speak / talk negative words with the customers and employees. If you speak negative words with employee and customers it will mean you don't have a vision, mission, objective, and culture of organization. Employee: Don't speak / talk negative words with peer, team members and customer. If you speak negative words with peer and team members it becomes harmful for performance at work environment. If you speak negative words with customers it means business loss in terms of long business

"Bura Mat Suno- Don't Listen to Bad Words." Acchi Baat Suno - Listen Good Words": Company: Don't listen to the bad/negative replies from employees & Customers. If you listen to bad words/ negative replied from employees, it means employees need training & development. But if you listen to negative feedback from customers it means product and service development strategy are required. Employee: Don't listen to the bad words from peer, team members and customers. If you listen to bad words from peer, team member it means negative attitude and motivation function in your work. If you get negative feedback from customers it means providing the information and solving the problem

"Bura Mat Dekho- Don't See the Bad Things"Acchi Dekho- See the Good Things": Company: Don't see the bad product & service. If you see bad quality of product and service it means "SWOT" +  PEST analysis. Employee:  Don't see the bad quality product and Service in the company. If you see bad quality of product and service it means use the Management ASK Mantra – ATTITUDE, SKILL, KNOWLEDGE with SMART Team Manager – Sincere, Measurable, Achievable, Reliable, Time Bound
