Understanding one's own behaviour is a crucial step in enhancing one's effectiveness and leading a more fulfilling life. The learning methodology known as "Human Process Laboratory," pioneered by Kurt Lewin in the late 1940s, and developed subsequently by his students and colleagues at NTL (USA), uses an experiential approach to acquiring such self-understanding. ISABS is among the foremost professional bodies in India and also in the world, who have the competence to offer such laboratory-based learning
opportunities. XIMB is collaborating with ISABS to organise such learning events at Bhubaneswar.
