Mumbai, May 29, 2014: SVKM'S
NMIMSSchool of Business Management has joined hands with ICICI Bank,to provide an opportunity to high performing employees within the bank, to move into roles of higher
responsibility under the ICICI Young Leaders Program.
This is a joint initiative which
will be conducted at the NMIMS campus in Mumbai, spanning over a period of 12 months, including classroom sessions and an on-field project. The programaims to develop core skills in sales, customer service and credit. In addition
to these set of skills, the programwill enhance the leadership and analytical skills of the participants.
"Through our tie-up with ICICI Bank, we aspire to establish anindustry-academic partnership for better quality
education, and to provide the banking industry with skilled professionals," said Dr. Rajan Saxena, Vice Chancellor of NMIMS University. "The program seeks to equip eligible candidates with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business
Management, through training provided by excellent faculty qualified across various management and financial disciplines."
