It is generally recognized
that there is a need for new methods of affordable, accountable for the key result area of the finance department on the Tata Teleservices Ltd, identified the huge telecommunication center in the all over the India as well as world.
The aim of this project was to know about the key area of the employees and all finance department structures. The project involved study of the research of methods for the employee's areas.
Area of Study: In this summer project an analysis of the change; especially with regard to key result area that has been affected employees on the finance department with effect from every 1st
of the month has been made. Tata Teleservice Ltd has a strong workforce of 5500. Today the company serves 16 lakhs customer in over 50 towns. Tata Teleservices (TTSL) came a long way in 2003,
a year, which saw India's telecom industry being confronted with sweeping, changes The company rode the turbulence to increase its subscriber base to about 1.3 million, while vastly expanding its operational footprint and the range
of its services and products. Objective of the project: The objective of this summer project is to identify the key result area (KRA) that have been refining as well as finance department
division of the Tata Teleservices Ltd. (TTSL) by change in the high speed working environment. Another objective of this summer project is to defining the key result area (KRA) of the employee's impact on the
finance department in TTSL. Objective of this project the services area of the all finance department and key area of the process of the finance as well as the about the company. Research Methodology:
In the course of fulfilling this objective a detailed study of the key result area of the employees in finance division In TTSL. Research methodology of this purpose is workforce of the employees, working methods, working
purpose, etc. Another research methodology is identified the best action plan and implement some basic method apply to the find services area on the finance department. Key result area also identified base on the
employee empowerment, work experience and working process of the company. Findings: This part is based on the analysis that has been done of the employee's working methods, satisfaction, and opportunities,
strength etc. Tata Teleservices Ltd provides the best services to the quality of services finding to the key area on the service level area in finance department in TTSL. Significance of the project:
The project has a great deal of significance not only for the Tata Teleservices Ltd. but also for the customer, people who will be regarding this work. For the readers this work is of significance because it
attempts to brings to light that aspect of Tata Teleservice Ltd., and that is key result area of the finance department most significant Tata products viz. mobile phone, Payable Telephony Booth, Managed leased line etc.
AN OVERVIEW OF TATA TELESERVICES Next to wheels nothing else has so radically the way lives are led by the people as the discovery of Tata Teleservices and its products. This product whose comparison with modern

to Mumbai, the company is currently on a recruitment drive to kick start operations across 11 Tata
Teleservices has a strong workforce of 5500. The company is in the process of recruiting personnel for its 11 new circles and will create more than 20,000 jobs by March 2005, which will include 10,000 indirect jobs through
outsourcing of its manpower needs. HISTORY OF TTSL: - Hyderabad, June 1996, a team of pioneering Canadians and a lone Indian (answering to the name of BM Chowdhury) began operating out of a small,
cluttered room in the Taj Residency Hotel. In this cubby–hole of an office borrowed from TCL, a dream - called 'TTSL' was taking shape. Tata Teleservices Limited is first called Tata Tel Net work. The names of
Pratap Reddy and Ralph Anania will be etched forever in the portals at TTSL. We continue to face the challenges in all shapes and sizes as well as all of us work as a team. Earlier, Tata Teleservices had acquired the letter of intent for basic licence of four circles of Uttar Pradesh

The approach that will be adopted for the completion of the project will be as under. To identify the key areas of key result area with regard to these working process of the employee
where changes have been affected. To analyze how Tata Teleservices Ltd, has been affected at telecommunication as well as finance front
by the changes in the key result area of the workforce of the executives in this department To identify the positive and negative effects of these key area changes with regard to Tata Teleservices Ltd, in Gujarat.
Sources of data collection: There will be two sources of data collection: Primary data collection:
This will consist of interactions and informal interviews that will be made with the concerned officials in the finance department and other divisions with regard to the said purpose. Secondary data collection:
This data will predominantly consist of Information collected from finance department of the company "Tata Teleservice Ltd".
Data collected with regard to key area in the Tata Teleservices from the Internet. Information collected from the books of reference. Data analysis:
As per the approach to the project the data analysis will be basically qualitative in nature involving Understanding the intricate reasoning behind the key result area identified through some methods adopted. Analyzing the areas where key changes have been made. Identification of the key effects of these changes with regard to workgroup TATA Teleservices Gains the Competitive Edge Building Customer Relationships through all employees' responsibility. CONCLUSION:
In the last this project conclude with the key result area of the finance department and all functional area of about the Tata Teleservices limited in the Gujarat. TTSL is most popular and famous for the
huge telecommunication center in all over the India. Tata Teleservices has a strong workforce of 5500. The company is in the process of recruiting

A complete CRM suite of application, integrated with Oracle Data Warehouse was deployed. A modular
