The candidate seeking admission should possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized Indian / foreign university. Those awaiting final results / appearing for final examinations can also apply (onus of providing proof of passing the degree examination with a minimum 50% before the commencement of the programme rests on the candidate).

Step 1

Appearing for MAT
The candidate should appear for the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA). For further details visit  www.aima-ind.org/aima/cms/Mat/matgeneral.htm.

Step 2

Applying at Dhruva College of Management
The candidate has to apply through a prescribed application form quoting MAT score.  Application form can be obtained by sending a crossed DD for Rs. 400 drawn in favour of 'Dhruva College of Management' payable at Hyderabad.
Alternatively  download it  from http://www.dhruvacollege.net/admissions.htm and submit along with a DD / Cash at DCM office.

Step 3

Group Discussion (GD) &  Personal Interview (PI)
The Candidate will be called to Hyderabad for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The schedule will be intimated through candidate's e-mail only.

Step 4

Final Selection
The final selection is based on multiple criteria, viz: MAT score, academic background, aptitude, performance in GD, and PI. Due Weightage will also be given to defense personnel, candidates with prior work experience, extra-curricular activities and other notable achievements.
15 % of the total seats are reserved for management quota.
The admission procedure is same for both the categories except for high scores at any valid MBA entrance test are also accepted apart from MAT for Management quota.
