Executive like qualities (ELQ) model is adopted for the internal assessment which is intimated to the parents. The students will be awarded internal assessment marks on ELQ parameters consisting of:

LECTURES
For better understanding of the concepts, models and theories of the concerned subjects the scheduled lectures act as an integral part of the teaching methodology. The faculty members design their lecture delivery schedule with special focus on incorporating the most relevant content for budding managers on diversified areas.

CASE STUDIES
Case Studies act as an integrated, important and indispensable part of the curriculum at ADARSH. The students participate whole heartedly in all the three processes of development of case studies, analyzing case studies, and solving case studies by applying the concepts and ideas of management. This facilitates the holistic learning process in the area of management and is in line with the internationally accepted teaching tool in the area of management education.

PROJECTS & ASSIGNMENTS
Projects are compulsory and indispensable part of the curriculum at ADARSH. All students are compulsorily required to undertake Research Projects/Live Projects and prepare the dissertations according to their curriculum. The Summer Internship Project of eight week duration wherein a student is required to undergo practical training in a corporate house or may undertake a research project under the guidance of a faculty member. At ADARSH, the faculty acts as a mentor not only for the project or assignments but also for the student throughout his presence at the institute, he plays a pivotal role and a supporting guide to the research while the External guide from the industry make him work as per the changing business environment.

FUTURE PLANS

To keep pace with the growing educational requirements, AGI has purchased a land measuring 40 acres in outer Bangalore. AGI plans to set up an integrated campus which will include a Residential School, Global Business School with Research Wing, International standard Sports complex, our own Autonomous University and a Research Centre for Biotechnology and other educational fields.

Furthermore, AGI intends to set up a residential CBSE School spanning across 20 acres of land which will impart education of international calibre to the students of all strata of society.
