There is a three phased selection process.

Step 1

1st based on the performance of the entrance test that includes IMI-Aptitude Test also good scores in CAT/GMAT will do.

Step 2

2nd on the performance of GD and PI based on

* The level of emotional maturity,
* Ability to convey ideas and feelings,
