ABOUT THE INSTITUTION

Synetic Business School (SBS)
has been established by renowned management expert and academician Dr. M.A. Zahir, Professor of Management & Dean (Retd.) Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. After his retirement, Dr. Zahir joined Abhishek Industries Ltd. (Trident Group) as President, HR for about two years. He is also a director on the Boards of several reputed companies of Punjab.

SBS is an autonomous institute of its kind, specializing in management education, executive training research and consultancy. It is managed by an Educational Trust, namely Zayn Educational Trust established in

January 2003. SBS is a modern, purpose-built business school campus on Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana. The new campus spread over 6.5 acres combines the best of architecture, aesthetics and functionality. The campus is designed on a modular frame. It is one of best campuses in Ludhiana.

Presently SBS is conducting PGPM, a Dual degree programme – PGPM+MBA in which PGPM is autonomous and MBA degree is awarded by the UGC & AIU approved university, and several other short duration courses. SBS general curriculum and course content is developed keeping in mind the needs of an evolving market where the requirements of the employers, the industry expectations, technological landscape  and customers expectations are constantly changing and becoming more demanding.

The institute also provides Corporate Consultancy, legal advisory services and training. There is long term agreement to train graduate executives of Trident group of companies and so far has trained about 300 trainees.
