Pedagogy: The teaching methodology includes lecturing, case studies, syndicate sessions, discussions, role plays students presentations, management games, seminars, work shops and the use of audio- visual facilities. Form this students learn how to solve different kinds of managerial problems. The academy is equipped with modern digital devices.

Accommodation: D.J. Academy has provided separate hostels for both boys and for girls. The rooms are furnished with cot, cupboards, reading table with drawers, etc. Separate telephone booths are also available inside the campus. Well equipped and modern bathrooms with water heaters are provided.

Catering: The Academy has in-house canteen facility for the students and a wide spread Dining Hall.
They prepare both North Indian and the South Indian dish.

Health and welfare: We have a well equipped GYM for enriching the physique of the students. A separate guide is appointed for giving practice for the students. The working hour of the gym is after the class hours and is open both morning and in the evening.

 Computing: The Academy has a well - equipped computer lab with 120 PC's networked with advanced Operating Systems. The students are trained in latest software applications, databases including Oracle, Access, SQL Server and Multimedia tools.

Library: D. J. Academy Library and Information center has a vast collection of Management & Computer books, the latest national and international periodicals. Apart from the printed resources, the library is also equipped with CD-ROMs and Video Cassettes.
The Library and Information Center is having online database EBSCO and CMI Prowess where one can find full text articles of the journals & economic data of the Indian Companies.
