Accommodation: Separate accommodation for boys and girls.

Recreation: Studying at APEX should be fun … in fact, more fun than fun itself. Students are encouraged to form special interest and hobby groups to further their extra curricular development. Various activities like picnic, intra-college games, and cultural events etc. is organised by the Academy and the student committees to encourage interaction between students. Many innovative and helpful schemes are launched from time to time to enable all students to make the most of their college years.

Catering / Mess: Hygienic food provided at the student accommodations.

Health and Welfare: Substantial care is taken to arrange for medical help required by any student.

Computing: The Computer Labs are well equipped with the latest computing facilities concurrent with emerging technologies. Hardware and software are continuously upgraded to provide a state-of-the-art-computing environment. Students have access to fast and efficient computers that are updated as per academic and industrial requirements. Vocational courses are provided specific labs equipped with the latest machines and teaching aids to supplement theoretical inputs with practical learning. Design studios, technical labs, and other facilities are continuously upgraded and supplemented to keep them industrially relevant.

Library: The library has informative and relevant books to supplement the study materials. The institution regularly subscribes to journals and other informative periodicals in addition to procuring the most relevant books on various subjects. There are currently more than 5000 titles and 25 Indian & foreign journals in addition to various academic CDs.

Learning & Activity Rooms: Classrooms (Learning & Activity Rooms) are spacious to provide a comfortable environment for teaching and learning. The faculty members have access to various audio-visual teaching aids including projectors and other multi-media equipment to help in the delivery of classes. Some lectures are also transmitted live from the Universities using VSAT technology installed by APEX. There are various online learning options available for some courses from AIMA and Cambridge.

This was a mission launched a few adventurous years ago, a mission that says little but means much more to the people behind it, a mission that encompasses the dreams of our future generations, that will help them achieve skills and abilities to withstand the tests of time and adversity, and a mission that we personally believe in with passion.

I am glad that you too have taken the decision to pursue higher studies and prepare yourself for a fruitful career. The road ahead is not smooth and charted anymore. You need to realise that it is a jungle out there and the correct tools are required to carve out one's own path. The emerging knowledge economy requires special skills, relevant training, and the correct exposure to international practices. Alvin Toffler describes what lies beyond as Terra Incognita -- the uncharted landscape of tomorrow. It is up to the individual to map his or her route to success. You have to excel in this increasingly competitive environment by equipping yourself with the skills and abilities that shall last you a lifetime.

Apart from the academic background needed to satisfy the eligibility, APEX considers various other factors to select candidates who possess a high potential for leadership and a desire to learn.

The Admissions Board will give preference to candidates who have demonstrated above average academic performance, good results in competitive exams, visible initiatives in extra-curricular activities in school/college, in the workplace, or within their communities. Candidates should demonstrate leadership potential, social consciousness, maturity, ambition, and a drive to excel in their chosen fields.

ELIGIBILITY

Step 1	Procure the Application Form and Prospectus for Rs. 300/- at the campus or send in Demand Draft payable at Kolkata in favour of 'Academy for Professional Excellence' for Rs. 390/- in case you want it posted within India. Fill up the Application Form and submit with all documents including past academic credentials, certificates, Entrance Exam Results, and others as per the specific requirements.
Step 2	Appear for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview on the specified date at the campus in case your application is shortlisted.
Step 3	After Selection, fill up the Registration Form and submit the requisite fee. Submit the required documents photographs and complete all other formalities within the deadline announced.
